Standard reservations should be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event. The booking request form and refundable security deposit must both be received before a reservation is officially confirmed.

Submitting the booking form alone does not hold or reserve equipment. Equipment and event dates are secured only after availability has been verified and the required security deposit has been paid.

Last-Minute Reservations

We understand that some celebrations come together quickly. Last-minute reservations may be accepted based on equipment and supply availability.

Rush fees are non-refundable and are separate from rental charges, delivery fees, and refundable security deposits.

For last-minute party packages that include supplies, Central Ohio Sweet Fun Rentals may provide comparable substitute brands, flavors, colors, cup styles, or packaging based on what is available locally.

Party Packages With Supplies

Packages that include syrups, cups, spoon straws, popcorn supplies, cotton candy sugar, or other event supplies should be reserved and paid for at least 7 days before the event. Our regular suppliers may require up to 48 hours or longer for delivery.

Orders placed close to the event date are subject to local supply availability. Comparable substitutions may be made when the originally advertised brand, flavor, color, or packaging is unavailable.

Round-Trip Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees include both equipment drop-off and pickup. Fees are calculated based on the distance from our pickup location near the Easton and Airport area in Columbus, Ohio.

Delivery availability must be confirmed before payment. Additional charges may apply for stairs, difficult access, long walking distances, restricted parking, or delivery and pickup outside the agreed time window.
